(“Atalan,” “we,” “our,” and/or “us”) values the privacy of individuals who visit our website available at https://www.atalantech.com/ (“Website”), use our Clinician Wellbeing Platform (“Platform”), and our related services (collectively, our “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and procedures this Privacy Policy describes. Beyond the Privacy Policy, your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Service ([URL]).

 

Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply when we process your personal information as a processor or service provider to our customers. For example, this Privacy Policy does not apply when we process your personal information on behalf of a customer that is your employer. In such circumstances, our customers are the data controllers of your personal information and their privacy policies and/or employee notices will apply to the processing of your personal information. We are not responsible for the privacy or data security practices of our customers, which may differ from those explained in this Privacy Policy.

A. Information You Provide to Us.

 

Login Information. To log in to your Platform account, we ask you to provide your work email address. We may also ask you to create a username and password.

 

Initiatives. If you submit an “Initiative” on the Platform, we will ask you for information about the Initiative, such as the name and description of the Initiative, impacted team members, and any other information you choose to provide.

 

Communications. If you contact us directly on our Website, we may receive additional information about you, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, occupation, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide. When we send you emails, we may use embedded pixels or other technologies to track information about your receipt and interaction with our emails, such as whether and when you open them, whether you access any links included in our emails, how long you read our emails, whether you forward our emails and to whom, your Location Information (described below), and your Device Information (described below), to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and improve our Services.

 

Contact Forms. If you request a demo, we may collect information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us.

 

Careers. If you decide that you wish to apply for a job with us, you may submit your contact information and your resume online. We will collect the information you choose to provide on your resume, such as your education and employment experience. You may also apply through a third party service, such as LinkedIn. If you do so, we will collect the information you make available to us through that service.

Your Employer. If you use our Platform on behalf of your employer, we may receive certain limited information about you from your employer, such as your employment status and your work email address.

  • To train, develop, and improve the artificial intelligence, machine learning, and models that we use to support our Services;

You can opt out from our promotional SMS messages by replying “STOP” to our message.

 

Do Not Track. There is no accepted standard on how to respond to Do Not Track signals, and we do not respond to such signals.
